Laudan: Speckled and Spectacular
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA –
October 8th, 2007 –

Schillview L Glasella VG-85
Speckled and
spectacular. Those two words are all it takes to describe most
Laudan daughters, and Schillview L Glasella VG-85 is no
exception. This Laudan daughter recently sold for $17,000 at the
Summer Event 2007 Sale held in Mantorville, Minn. The just-fresh
2-year-old has a phenomenal mammary system with a sky-high rear
udder attachment, smooth fore-udder attachment, and just the
right amounts of veination and udder capacity. Packaged in a
sound frame and covered in dairyness, it’s no wonder she caught
the eye of buyer Lavon Bontrager of Joetown Dairy, Kalona, Iowa.
Other Laudan
daughters share similar characteristics and they just get better
with age. They also excel in health traits as Laudan is +4.6 for
Productive Life and low in somatic cell. In addition, Laudan is
+1039 for milk and a calving ease sire at 7 percent.

Laudan himself is a VG-89 Lukas son out of Germany’s Schilling
Raider Brisanz, EX-90. Next in Laudan’s maternal line are a
VG-89 Blackstar,
a VG-87 Bell, and a VG-86 M.E. Tony. Notice how they keep
getting better with each passing generation? Contact you
