Shadycrest-1 Laudan Sam-ET was the second highest selling lot
at the 2006 Minnesota Spring Special Sale held in Rochester,
Minnesota, on April 8. Sam at just 16 months of age sold for
$10,000. The Dam of the high-selling Laudan daughter is
Pine-Shelter Lexus Morty-ET VG-87 and her third dam is the well
known Pine-Shelter Lucina Fargo EX-95. Sam already had been
contracted for one son to A-I with an open end lease. Chad
Felten of Twin Spruce Dairy in Rose Creek, Minnesota purchased
Sam. She was consigned by Scott Herber and Mark Miller of Altura,
Minnesota.
Laudan daughters have extremely correct feet and legs and
exceptionally flat boned hocks. Laudan is also known for
producing daughters with udders that will make your neighbors
jealous.
