Road to Expo traveled well by bull daughters
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA –
October 24th, 2007 –
The bulls at
Excalibur Sires had an incredible turnout of daughters and
full-sisters at the World Dairy Expo this month! These daughters
and full-sisters did not only shine in Madison but also at many
of the local and regional shows they went to along the way!

Joleanna Adolph Georgiarain
Tri-Day Adolph-ET EX-94 had a daughter in the Spring Heifer Calf
class that showed well. Miss Adolph Starshet, owned Bill Scott &
Gary Yorton of Oakdale, PA, placed 2nd at the
Wisconsin State Championship earlier this summer. Another Adolph
daughter who showed well at Expo was Joleanna Adolph Georgiarain.
Georgiarain, a Winter Yearling Heifer owned by
Katy Johnson of Unadilla, NY, caught everyone’s attention in
Madison. She also got a lot of attention at the Delaware County
Fair where she took 1st place, the New York State Fair where she
placed 3rd place, and the NY Spring Holstein Show
where she placed 2nd!

White-light Adolph Krayon, owned by White Light Holsteins in
Salesville, OH, also made Adolph proud at the World Dairy Expo.
Krayon, a Senior 2-Yr-Old Cow class, placed 2nd at
the Ohio State Fair and was named Reserve Intermediate Champion
at the District 3 Show in Ohio earlier this year.
Adding some
color to the line-up was Lichtblick-Red_Red who had two
daughters shown at the World Dairy Expo. Henkeseen L
Lipstick-Red-ET was 1st Intermediate Calf at the
Grand International R&W Junior Show at the World Dairy Expo.
Lipstick is no stranger to the show ring being named as the
Reserve Junior All-Iowa Int. Calf at the Iowa State Holstein
Show and 2nd at the Iowa State Fair 4-H Show.
Lipstick, whose Dam is an EX-91 Rubens, also placed 1st
Int. Calf and Junior Champion at the Iowa District One Junior
and Open Shows.

the Grand International R&W Junior Show in Madison. This
Lichtblick daughter, whose dam is the VG-87 Talent, also was
placed 3rd at the Iowa District One Junior and Open
Shows. Both Lichtblick daughters are owned by Henkeseen Holstein
of Luana, IA.

Ryan-Vu Duplex Emerald-ET pictured with Brandon Ferry
Mesland Duplex-ET EX-90 was well represented with a daughter who
showed in the Summer Yearling Heifer class. Ryan-Vu Duplex
Emerald-ET, owned by Chad and Mark Ryan of Fond du Lac, WI,
shined not only in Madison but also when she took 2nd
place at the Wisconsin Championship Show. In 2007 she was named
Reserve All-Wisconsin, took 1st place at the Wisconsin District
10 show and took 1st place at
the Midwest Fall National!

Luck-E Advent Kite-Red VG-88
Luck-E Advantage-Red-ET EX-90 was also talked about extensively
in Madison as his full-sister stood out when she was shown.
Luck-E Advent Kite-Red
VG-88 placed 1st in the R&W Junior 3-Yr-Old class,
and was named Reserve Intermediate Champion Female! Dairy
producers around the world are excited to see the same potential
from Kite-‘s full-brother, Advantage-Red.
